Lovely hotel. Very lively bar. Room was clean and not noisy. Staff were very helpful. Didn't eat hotel so can only judge breakfast which was buffet style and very good. Hotel is great location on South Dublin. We walked up to Grafton Street (about 10 min walk) however with many bags to carry we opted for a taxi back (8 euro). Hotel is also within walking distance of Aviva Stadium and Grand Canal Theatre. There are many restaurants in area surrounding Grafton st.
Top Tip
We ate in an Indian restaurant (The Jewel in the Crown) in South William St. and it was absolutely gorgeous!

Early bird menu served up to 6.30pm. Food very tasty. Two courses + tea or coffee price at €16.50. Pizza and sandwiches served to late which is great if you coming back from concert etc. Bar very lively. Our room was over car park which was fine as it was lovely and quiet. No safe in rooms for those expecting one otherwise grand. Another plus is free car park!
Top Tip
Aviva Stadium is only a short walk away.
Grafton Street is about 10-15 min walk from hotel. We took at taxi back - price 8 euro.

Everything was fantastic from rooms to the friendly staff.
The only problem we had was a small issue in the disabled bathroom. The lid on the plughole in the open plan shower kept sticking to our feet and came off a couple of times. This resulted in getting your foot caught in the hole that was about 3 1/2 inch wide. No damage, just a sore ankle. We reported it so hopefully it should be dealt with.
